With a strong foundation in both research and field implementation, Sharmarke leads BidFlow Partners’ strategic direction — building high-value partnerships with EPC contractors, manufacturers, and public institutions. He is especially experienced in World Bank and donor-funded procurement processes, ensuring compliance, innovation, and local impact across energy and infrastructure projects in Africa and beyond.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Ph.D in Electrical Engineering with over 10 years of experience in commercial and utility scale projects. Serves as the Technical Lead at BidFlow Partners, overseeing the technical integrity of project design, engineering coordination, and compliance with international standards. With deep expertise in renewable energy systems, electrical engineering, and infrastructure deployment, he ensures that all proposals and solutions align with both client expectations and regulatory requirements. His responsibilities include managing technical submissions for tenders, interfacing with EPC contractors and manufacturers, and leading due diligence for solar PV, BESS, and grid integration solutions. Ridwan is the Business Development Lead at BidFlow Partners, where he focuses on identifying strategic tenders, cultivating partnerships, and engaging EPC contractors and government stakeholders in large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. With over a decade of experience in IT, engineering, and cloud technologies, Ridwan brings a unique technical perspective to business development. His interdisciplinary background enables him to bridge technical innovation with market opportunities, driving sustainable project pipelines across emerging markets in Africa and beyond.
